I arrived to a friendly welcome from Itxaso, who was very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt bigger than it looked in the photos. It had a comfy bed, a lovely bathroom and a small but fairly well-equipped little kitchen section. The apartment was very well located, close to both the Old Town and the seafront. Since my room was right on the street, I was a little worried about noise, but it was actually very peaceful.

Loved to keyless 21st century process. Initially, it could be challenging for senior customers, but once you get the hang of it is very convenient. Parking facility was excellent.

Hotel Boulevard Vitoria-Gasteiz is a modern hotel located in northern Vitoria, next to El Boulevard Shopping Centre. Great value for money and staff were so nice. Location is perfect next door to the shopping centre. We also travelled from here to San Sebastian for the day. Then we went to Bilbao which was also an hour's drive away for the ferry home .
