Staff were awesome. Personable, helpful and friendly. Coming back to the hotel at the end of a business day felt like coming home.

Featuring an a la carte restaurant, Elafonisi Resort by Kalomirakis Family is set amidst a garden with olive trees. Hotel was beautiful and the hotel administration and housekeeping were great. Best place to stay in Elafonisi. The AC is excellent.

Starting with the first day, when we met Andreas at the reception, a very kind and true person, with a will to help and to ensure that the hotel's guests are enjoying their vacation. Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. Christina Beach Hotel features spacious accommodation with sea views, located at the seafront of Kissamos Town. Guests are offered free WiFi in all areas, a swimming pool and a pool bar. The pool area is very nice and the bar prices are good. The room was cleaned daily and the people from reception very helpful. The location is very good and I recommend the breakfast!

We liked the Casa di Gaga hotel because of its proximity to the city, the clean and well-equipped room, we liked the small pool in the hotel with the pleasant and cool water and we especially liked Manolis the owner who was exceptionally kind and charming. Our Stay at Pleiades was absolutely amazing and surpassed our expectations. It is located right in the middle of the shopping street & the hotel rooms/apartments are located on the first Floor. The location was perfect as you are in the city center and in walking distance of every little corner of Heraklion . The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and the black interior made it feel very luxurious. There’s a smart TV with all apps you could need (netflix, youtube etc.) which we definitely enjoyed coming back to after a night out. It even comes with a little kitchen and all necessary supplies. The staff was super friendly and even offered housekeeping during our stay. We felt very welcomed there and were always excited to come back to our room. We definitely recommend staying at Pleiades if you find yourself in Heralkion, it is worth it!!
