When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

Un departamento muy cómodo, con cocina, living, baños amplio y un dormitorio muy amplio. La verdad que superó las expectativas. Se encentra muy cerca de la zona Buenis Aires de Milán. It was clean, all necessary things are in the room. Iron, coffee machine, towels, kettle. Location is near to the metro station Amendola 7-10 min by walk. Very green district, quiet, a lot of cafes, post office and so on. City center is 4 far from the apartment. It’s not extremely far. The host is nice. Let me leave my baggage in the hall after check out. Online support answers really fast. Application has good interface. My recommendation!

Foresteria Spluga tiene vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Está en Campodolcino, a 47 km de Viamala Canyon. The property was just like the photos. The apartment we had presented as new. It was super clean, functional and suited our family of 5. The location was great as it is either a short drive to Madesimo or very convenient to walk/drive a very short distance to take the lift to Motta if you are there to ski. I noticed some comments in reviews about the apartments being on a main road. Campodolcino is a small town and very little traffic passes on this very narrow road that passes through the centre of town. There was no traffic noise and entry/exit to the property was easy. It’s also convenient to walk a very short distance across the road to the butcher and supermarket, bar and restaurants. The temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable with heating in each room that could be adjusted. It was cold when we were there (minus temperatures) but the apartment was always comfortable. The beds were very firm (as per the other reviews). The linen and towels were all good quality/condition. The kitchen was suitable to cook a simple meal after a day on the slopes as it had a 4 burner stove, microwave, fridge and reasonably stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans/ plates/cutlery. The bathroom was as new with reasonable water pressure and hot water supply in the shower. There is no television but an iPad is supplied. This was a positive for some of the family and a negative for others. There were board games supplied so family monopoly was great after a day on the slopes. Contact with the manager was easy (we used WhatsApp) and they were very responsive.
