Very good location - near major subway station in the FiDi district with Battery Park, 9/11 memorial, Brooklyn bridge within a few minute walking distance. We visited mainly Manhattan - all our destinations were within 20-25 minutes via transport. Numerous places to grab a bite nearby - Joes Pizza, Taim, Poke Bowls. Friendly stuff - polite and ready to answer questions or check if something is not ok even at 10p.m. Impressive. Living space and amenities - We rented two units - one with 1BR and another with queen size bed. The space was opulent given New York Manhattan standards, with good kitchenettes (especially 1BR studio with good storage space). You also have access to washing machine / dryers if you are looking forward a longer stay and a rooftop garden on the 15th floor. Clean, well maintained.
