Hani it is so warm and welcoming and thoughtful about leaving croissants and coffee. The apartment is immaculate. My location is good near everything yet quiet we were sorry not to be able to say goodbye to Hani. And she kept trying to call us, but we were out of reach of Internet at our next stay for the first 24 hours!

The location was super central, a few minutes walk from everything. The apartment was good, we had enough space and it was clean. Also the facilities of the apartment were good, such as electric outlets and lights. Most importantly, the staff were nice and kind, helping us with our issues and even giving us a small souvenir. In a very safe neighborhood, very green, quiet and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay: kitchenware, flat screen TV, Internet connection. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, very careful to our needs. We felt great and had a wonderful time in Oviedo. Thank you!IleanaGroup

It has a bubble bath on a roof terrace and sun bed, but the washing basins are in the main room next to a big flat TV. Very small second bedroom with two tiny beds. Looks to me like a party apartment.
