Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

Sami our host is extremely nice and generous, he made sure we had the best stay in Nice. The previous tenant before us had broken the coffee machine, he called us before check in to apologize and to tell us that he was on his way to replace it with another one, which we found very thoughtful. Amazing location in the heart of Nice, with a nice pedestrian street around the corner where you can find great restaurants and bars. we loved our stay and will definitely be back!
