The location of the house was ideal in all aspects and it was a perfect getaway for family/friends. The facilities were top notch with a very responsive host. We felt home for the duration of our stay here and had to leave this place with a heavy heart :) If you are looking for a spacious place right in front of the lake ( with a view of Bellagio) for your group along with space for your pet and car, please do not miss this one :)

Everything was provided for,all necessities were there. The apartment is clean and the location very close to the ferry. Restaurants and shops nearby. Maria, the manager, went above and beyond to provide all the helpful details I needed as a solo traveler: how to get there, where to go when I got there, transportation, where the mini market was, restaurants and coffee bars in walking distance (as I didn't have a car), nearby tourist attractions, and more. She was very responsive when I needed help with anything, and just an overall very kind person. I also met the owner of the property, and he was also super nice! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, with a beautiful view of the lake from my terrace. Loved the bathtub! I had access to everything I needed in walking distance. (Just be prepared to do a lot of hiking uphill.) I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Griante Suites.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

It was a good location. The apartment equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. The host was responsive and provided helpful answers promptly. We had a great stay!

The location is great, 5 minute walk from villa Carlotta, there’s also several ferry stations around. You can easily travel to more touristy locations like Belaggio while not having crowds of tourists around your stay. The place has everything you need: iron, washing machine, refrigerator, extra pillows etc. Collecting the keys was also really easy.
