We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

Everything with this place is perfect. 1. Location is great. It’s about 15 minutes walking from the S.L train station or Piazza Rome. And if you take the water bus, you can get off at Port San Stae, then it’s only 5 minutes of easy walking to the place. A lot of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets (inclu. Fish market) are within 10-15 minutes walk. 2. The room is clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you would need for a short stay! 3. The hosts are great! They are patient, kind and really generous. They offered extra helps to us regarding our checkin and checkout. A big thank you to you :)) All in all, stay with them and you will have a special trip in Venice. The photo I upload is taken just outside of the place.

Antonello was beyond fantastic ! He was organized, took us up to the apt to tour the apartment, and was truly a delight! The apt is beautiful, as they have just finished a remodel after purchasing the property, and its spectacular! They have stocked it very well, including the famous Vanetian cookies for you to enjoy!! Another great bonus…. There is a bakery on the main floor of the building! The morning smell wakes you up, and you get dressed in a hell if a hurry to run downstairs for a latte and croissant!     The apartment was well situated. The terrasse was a great plus; really nice to be able to eat out in a calm and green surrounding. The apartment was clean and spacious. I had my own bedroom and the kids slept on the loft. I had some issues when arriving to get in (door was blocking) but I quickly got help. The lady I was in contact with before and during the stay was very accessible, friendly and professional. All my requests and questions where quickly dealt with.

    The location was perfect for us as it was a 6 minute walk to the train station and there was a vaporetto stop nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet block of flats with a grocery store and several eateries nearby.

    Adriana was the perfect host. We booked last minute and she accomodated this perfectly. The apartment could not have been better positioned just off the Grand Canal. The entrance way is stunning and flat very comfortable. Adriana made the whole experience simple and easy and we loved our short stay in beautiful Venice! We will definitely try to get back in January next year.

    Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.

    They gave us clear instructions of how to reach the loft and who we’ll meet us to show us the apartment. Very good communication and friendly host. The flat had everything and we didn’t have to purchase nothing.

    Fab apartment in a cosy loft space. The beams and the light helped to make the apartment really lovely place to stay. The kitchen was fab and there's even a sea view. We were met by the owner, who was really helpful. The flat was easy to get to from the station by boat. The area is quieter, but lots of lovely places to eat nearby.
