Amazing location - last property before the sea and the coastal path. Out the main window was pasture, stone fences, cattle and the sea in the distance. Amazing. Local pub and restaurant a short walk away past more cattle and stone walls. Tin mining museum (with cafe locally well known for amazing breakfasts) was also pretty short walk. Could just park the car and enjoy. Couldn’t find a better Cornish situation In addition facilities perfect for a couple -even had a clothes washing machine with a laundry tab provided (muddy paths!). Kitchen was remarkably complete. Home cooked muffins greeted us on our arrival.

This was a very spacious and clean apartment. It’s in a nice location and the hosts were wonderful. They provided us with everything we needed. It looks exactly like the photos.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in well maintained grounds with easy parking and lively views of the sea and st Austell. great communication from the owners with clear and concise instructions including directions and access. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again.

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Fantastic apartment had everything you needed, Great location in the main town next to the many shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean and the hosts were amazing . I would defiantly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again one day .

Ferney Croft situa-se em Saint Erth, a 24 km de Teatro de Minack e 38 km de Lizard Lighthouse & Heritage Centre, numa área onde pode desfrutar de caminhadas. We had a great stay at Ferney Croft. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, even a sewing kit! Derek was a fantastic host, very kind, friendly, and helpful. He gave us a lot of recommendations of places to visit with very detailed information. Highly recommend place to stay if you want to visit West Cornwall. 👍

BEYOND PARADISE at "PROSPECT HOUSE" - A Super Stylish and the only TWO PRIVATE APARTMENTS in this 17th CENTURY COTTAGE - Apartment 2 has a KIDS CABIN BUNK - Book both apartments for ONE LARGE HOUSE... Everything was great! lovely house!
