Located in Heraklio Town, 800 metres from Venetian Walls, Raise Heraklion Boutique Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Very good and safe location, especially for female solo travellers. The communication with the staff is very effective and easy via email. After the leaving I have forgotten my personal belonging in the room. They contacted me immediately about this issue via email and were very helpful to deal with this extraordinary situation.

Mosaic is centrally situated in Chania Town. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. Great location, nearby the old port and fun area. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and equipped. Would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the first day, when we met Andreas at the reception, a very kind and true person, with a will to help and to ensure that the hotel's guests are enjoying their vacation. Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. Opcions tant dolces com salades i amb una font de xocolata. El personal molt amable. Té una zona de jocs infantil i molts jocs de taula disponibles. A prop hi ha moltes opcions de restaurants i una zona per aparcar facilment.

La ubicació és molt bona per recórrer aquella part de l'illa.Els apartaments són excepcionals,amb dues piscines i la sortida a la platja.No us perdeu la posta de sol des d'allà.Realment ens ha encantat estar en aquells apartaments i si algun dia tornem,sens dubte repetirem.També cal fer menció al personal,que ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment.

I like absolutely everything!!! The location was perfect, the food was great, the shower was amazing, the staff was super friendly/helpful, and the massage I received from the spa was out of this world!!
