We had a fabulous visit, from start to finish. Our hosts (Emilia and Riccardo) came out to the street to meet us, and made us feel super welcome. Emilia sat down with us for the formalities, and was fine with taking down our information instead of photographing our passports. Everyone was super laid back and kind and in no rush, and it felt more like we were meeting friends than renting a place. They also had bought us pastries! The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished, quiet, and very spacious. We had brought all our own food and cleaning products, but it was still nice to see they had things like oil and laundry detergent on hand for guests. After check-in, even though it was already dark, Emilia took us down to the vegetable garden, which had been a big draw for us. We were expecting it to be a few square meters, but it was actually the quarter of the size of a soccer field! Bucketfuls of tomatoes weighing down rows and rows of vines, eggplant, bell peppers, et al. She then proceeded to pick the vegetables for us, very liberally. So liberally in fact that I started making mental edits to the list of meals I had been planning to cook while there! In addition to this, Emilia's mother, Carolina---also a paragon of congeniality!---came out while we were out, to bring us garlic and onions. Basically, we really felt welcome, and were really pleasantly surprised by the unexpected bounty. How great the apartment was didn't hit us until the next morning, when we could see it in the light of day: on the older side, very well preserved (or renovated), with spacious rooms, and very high ceilings, and spectacular views, on both sides of the apartment. From the bedroom and its balcony, you can look out to the orchard, the vegetable garden, the hills, and the Mediterranean; from the kitchen and its balcony, you can look out onto the orchard and the rooftops of Bomerano (and all from the kitchen table, without having to stand up or even move).

I highly recommend this place. One of the best experiences we encountered overall. The house is very clean as it provides cleaning services daily. The host helped us with everything that we asked for, he recommended us one of the best restaurants we've been to in Amalfi Coast. The location is very nice with a spectacular view over the sea and has a bus stop right in front of the house. It was everything we asked for and more!

CASA BELLAVISTA Scala Minuta Amalfi Coast bevindt zich in Scala, op 2,3 km van Marina Grande-strand en 2,7 km van Lido Delle Sirene-strand, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en... Lets start with the view - just amazing. Has to be experience - photos do not do justice. You get a real experience living in a small hillside Amalfi village. Yes there are quit a few steps (160?) through a winding village pedestrian walk to reach the property from the nearby road. While requiring some effort, this added to our experience and our memories. The apartment itself is very nicely done and spacious. Looks brand new. Ample closet space. Comfortable beds (all of them). Fully equipped kitchen. Big screen connected to the internet. Washing machine and a decent place to hang the cloths. Nicely lit up with LEDs. We visited off season and had no trouble finding parking. But the Amalfi area is Amalfi - in summer I suppose you would have to use a car park. We actually walked down to the city of Amalfi. Enjoyed the walk down, came back by bus. We stayed during the holiday season - the house was nicely decorated accordingly - so thoughtful. We were greeted by Pina - such a warm positive person - what a delight.

La dimora del nonno...nel cuore di Amalfi ligt in Amalfi, op 2 minuten lopen van Marina Grande-strand en 700 meter van Lido Delle Sirene-strand, en biedt accommodatie met voorzieningen zoals gratis... The location was perfect - literally in the city center. The room is freshly renovated, the host very friendly. Additionally the sweets basket was a nice addition.

YourHome - Casa Marina Positano ligt in Positano, op 1,7 km van Fiumicello-strand en 1,7 km van Spiaggia di Positano. De accommodatie biedt uitzicht op de tuin en gratis WiFi. Marina was amazing!! Helped me navigate the bus and other local sights! Was able to message her for assistance throughout my stay. Very clean and cosy. A lot quieter on the top of the hill, but very easy to walk into town and catch the bus up! Would definitely stay again :)
