Il proprietario è un ragazzo molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha anche suggerito dove cenare sabato sera ed è andata alla grande! Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio perché ci siamo stati lo scorso we e sabato non era bel tempo...in altri periodi credo possa essere un problema. La posizione è ottima seppur devi prendere l'auto per andare a Portovenere centro ma il tragitto è breve. Consigliatissimo 🙂🙂🙂

The apartment is immaculate. Every room is beautifully decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

It is nothing like a fancy stay but it's really cozy. The room was extremely clean, the mattress was comfy, the room is spacious, it has everything what you need including a washing machine. The location was spectacular - it was high above the town but surprisingly quick to get to. The space was perfect for a family of four; my husband and I slept in the room on the first floor and the upstairs bedroom and bathroom had a bit of a slope to the ceiling, which made it feel cozy for our 11-year-old boys.
