There is a seating and a dining area in all units. The apartments were very nice, spacious for 4 people. There were huge balconies, and the insides were well lit with sunlight. One of the apartments was on the 5th floor with view on the city and mountains, the other one on the 1st floor with patio view. They were well equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The Hotel is located around 100m from the beach and the restaurants and around 15 min walk from the old city. Very good contact with the hosts.

The property is location towards the top of a road in a small neighborhood, making the sunset views amazing and quiet. I booked 3 nights, and decided to stay 3 more because I felt the location and sunset viewing was top notch. The natural light fills the apartment, and for me, made the apartment feel like a dream. I’v stayed at a lot of places around the Balkans, and I think this is one of the best views you can get for the price. It’s good to have a car, the road leading up is a cement road, with parts of it narrow for a single car — but this is fairly standard for all Balkan neighborhoods. You will get better at driving if you driving in the Balkans ;) Bed are comfortable, pillows are super comfy, nice garden around, and 3-4 good restaurants within 10 min drive. Lots of walks nearby, even free beaches if you look carefully. The more touristy options are also close, Budva being 20 mins away by car. Highly recommended.
