If you like to be in city center but no high noise this place is for you. Also if you are tall and have problems to find comfortable beds to sleep and showers with right high too you, you gonna find in this apartment.

The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

All the locks are digital and work very well. Our "room" was essentially a full blown apartment, equipped with a kitchen, leaving room, bathroom and bedroom. Everything is beautifully decorated, making you feel comfortable from the start. There are common areas where you can hangout and the heated pool is a wonderful spot to end your day. Congratulations to Juvenal for his fantastic work with Blue House, for his hospitality, and for providing us with a truly remarkable experience! 💙

Menawarkan pemandangan laut, CASA CAROTO mempunyai penginapan dengan balkoni dan mesin pembuat kopi, kira-kira 4.6km dari Kolam Renang Semula jadi Porto Moniz. Beautiful view. Owned by locals who gave us great advice about the area. Isabel is very kind and helpful. Beautiful farming area with lots of hiking trails nearby, but also a short drive to the amazing ocean baths in town.

Perfect position, with parking across the road and the historical centre within a 15-minute walk, with almost no elevation (essential in Funchal, especially after days full of hiking:) The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (and more) for a most pleasurable stay. The communication with the host was excellent - we had a slight issue with the window blinds, which they solved asap.

Sarah has been super nice with me and gave me a warm welcome when i arrived, showed me everything and gave me some tips about the city of Funchal or globally the island. the appartement was super clean and comfy and looked exactly as on the pictures. the pool on the roof top is not big but perfect enough to relax after long day of walking / hiking, and there are long chair and ombrella as well, this is very quiet ! also the appartement is located very close from city center and very easy to access ! a perfect place !

Great location. Spacious studio in newly renovated building. Good sound isolation! I was in March so no AC was not an issue for me, not sure how it would go during summer. Washing and drying machine is a great touch!
