The place is on a hill which offers a beautiful view over the sea. We went to the beach by car but it si possible to walk. The beach and the sea were very nice, almost no people there. We only stayed one night and had to leave early morning, the owner was so kind to prepare the full breakfast just for us one hour sooner then usually. The restaurant is great, in a beautiful part of a garden. The atmosphere is familiar as you can see the kitchen and how the meal is being prepared. Everything is super clean and the owner prepares own local products - marmalades, olive oil. The breakfast was delicious. We also spent the evening chatting with the owner and got to learn a lot of interesting facts about the history of the place. We can truly recommend this place to stay.

Another fabulous place ,Micheal helped us a day before our stay to secure transportation to and fro Komani,such a wonderful man, they even assisted my husband in throwing me early morning birthday surprise ,it felt Like home ,food ,room,everything was good ,everything is absolutely fantastic , .words isn’t enough to describe our stay,I will come back over and Over again ,the breakfast!!! When we arrived in the area next to the camp I thought "where did I come? Because 200m before you arrive at camp it is a dusty road, there are some infrastructure activities, and old abandoned building. But camp is great. It is a small camp for tents. The hosts are very warm and nice people. Guests are usually the kind of people that are very friendly. It is a comfortable place where you can be alone with your thoughts (tents are not very close to each other) and also be with other people. The tent was clean, the mattresses were comfortable. The sea is right next to your tent. It doesn't matter if it is very hot, you are in shadow all day long. You can order beverages from the host, but you can bring anything with you. The kitchen is small but well equipped, and also a barbique is available. There is no music, just the sound of crickets. In the night there is lighting that is not very strong, it is very pleasant. The hosts turn off the lights in the camp at 23:30. There is a small beach area on the rocks, just for a few people.

It was a pleasant surprise to discover the Royal 1967. We were received by a wonderful family, as helpful as if they were part of our family! we feel at home! They gave us great directions and we only have wonderful things to say. Great location, great facilities, comfort and cleanliness. Royal 1960 remained in our hearts! ❤️

We loved it. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Nice beds. Best shower we've ever used. Cute balcony. Space to park your car. The owner trusted us to leave cash in the room as we had to check out early. Himare is a super little town with great beaches and enough of a buzz without being too crazy (like ksamil).
