The location. It was very clean. The host was responsive. All was well organized. Since we stayed over 1 week, they cleaned and changed the sheets and towels. It is well equipped with everything basic. There is a supermarket right across the street as well as a shop for Bulgarian 'banitsa' for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Everything, from the design of the apartment to every single detail, we had coffee, tea, wine, chocolate, bath supplies, iron, tooth brush and tooth paste, even a robot vacuum. a great comfort, and a great price. Best of our stay ever.

We found this property after checking number of hotels and villas around and it was perfect match for us with a daughter. The property itself specious and were built to the best specifications, the pool was very good size. The salt was used in the pool rather than chlorine and it makes af if you are swimming in the sea. But you would need a car to get around. Veronica has been the excellent host answering all our questions and guiding us the right direction. I would certainly come again!

Perfect location, 3-4 minutes walk to the South Beach. Good restaurants nearby, we especially liked Mussel House Restaurant (Fabulous food, service and environment). Lidl Supermarket just 3-4 minutes drive away. Host and maid both very generous, courteous and pleasant. Apartment if spacious and super loaded with amenities, with fullest attention to details, you won't need anything at all to begin your stay (every necessary stuff is there). You would need a car as city center is 18-20 minutes drive and 45-50 minutes of bus ride (with transfers). Views of Black Sea and Varna port from the terrace are majestic. I would place it among top 5% in my 100+ stays spanning over the last decade. Would love to come and stay here again and again.

The apartment is very close to the center of the city, but it is also very quiet. The fact that there is parking in the basement is a huge plus. The apartment is big, has new furniture, and is very clean. At the same time, the apartment has everything you could want or need. The owners are professionals, and all of our interactions with them went smoothly. We could also stay in the apartment for free for 4 hours after we were supposed to leave. Many thanks! We will go back to the same apartment for sure!
