It's a Magical Place!! Our host, Alex, was there for us and very available and made us feel very welcome! The place itself was set up with a comfortable ambiance, including little touches of what we potentially might need during the stay. The location is great- while privite with a Beautiful beach just a few steps away, it's walking distance to restaurants (visit the White Flamingo - it's an experience! And, ask them about their Saturday evening event - send my warm regards 😀). In short - I highly recommend it - it's an unforgettable experience!! Alex - Thank you!! 😊

Hosts are vert friendly and helpful. On sight you have everything you might need - from full kitchenware to verity of spices. The patio is a very nice place to chill and make some bbq, and beach is just 2 minutes away. In one word - awesome :)

Really lovely location. We are runners and enjoyed the area. It was amazing to be so close to the sea. Also, there was everything that we needed in terms of kitchen equipment, sun beds, etc.

Everything was super, we had commotion, a fully equipped kitchen, super clean house, nice pool, nice garden.The host welcomed us with wine, bread, milk and serials for the kids, we had drinking water in the house and the most fun thing for the kids -the billiard table.

There was only the two of us and would highly recommend this villa for a family with children Situated in a nice safe gated quiet residential area The villa was clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay including extras for kids, barbecue etc The pool was clean, garden well kept with the added bonus of a lemon tree for fresh lemon juice and the Mesphlia where an added bonus for breakfast The host was perfect and always kept in touch via Whats ap if you needed her Situated within a few miles of Larnaca and the airport it was easy to travel, but you will need a car, beaches are close by and Kiti just down the road has everything you need

Locatie super, la 2 minute de mare, plaja foarte linistita, apa calda. Proprietatea ofera tot ce ai nevoie sa te simti ca acasa. Chiar daca am ajuns la o ora tarzie, proprietarul ne-a asigurat accesul in casa. Santiago, multumim pentru tot!

My family had an amazing stay at Rita SeaView Apartment- it was clean, had everything they needed, including beach towels, and oh, the view- simply a dream!
