This is the third time I have stayed here for holidays and work and it always exceeds my expectations. The location is perfect, the host Alena is hospitable, welcoming, knowledgeable and lovely. The varied breakfast and dinner was delicious too. The host is very flexible with timing and offers a holiday break to remember. I needed to do some remote work while I was away and the apartment has excellent, superfast Wifi: two modems downstairs and two modems upstairs. It is also situated in a quiet location which allows you to work in peace if needed and relax by the pool area. The mosaic art within the house is beautiful and very unique. The art tells a story and it is exceptionally mesmerising: I have not seen anything like it. I also met some friends for life staying here from various parts of the world. I will always stay here when in Protaras as it offers a better service than the large hotels. The apartment is also spotless and the room is cleaned every day. The coffee machine is also a bonus :) when you need a boost before you start the day or if you need to do some work in the villa. The terrace and private pool is also a bonus! You won't be disappointed staying here.

Fantastic location just 5 min walk from the center of Pernera (our area of choice) If you're looking for Protaras town then quite a distance . Very spacious 1 bed apartment with good size lounge/kitchen area with large balcony. Totally separate bathroom with good walk in shower and separate spacious and comfortable bedroom. Lovely pool next door with good bar/restaurant. Excellent restaurant (Happy Bar) just a few steps away. Just a few mins to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need. Spotless on arrival but clean towels/bedding only after 4 days

A szállás nagyon jó helyen, a sétálóutca feletti utcában volt. A tengerpart és a Lidl 5 perc sétára volt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, mosolygós ember volt. Több apartmanjuk is van, és van egy kis irodájuk az apartmanok között, ahol be kell jelentkezni. A szállásadó utána elvisz az apartmanhoz, elmondja a lényeges dolgokat és oda adja a kulcsot. Távozáskor a kulcsot csak az apartmanban hagytuk és az ajtót behúztuk. Az apartman nagyon tágas, tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. Volt ruhaszárító is, ami nagyon hasznos volt. A Kapnos busztársasággal érkeztünk a városba, ami a sétálóutca másik végén tesz le (McDonald’s-nál), onnan kb. 10-15 percet kell sétálni a szállásra. A sétálóutca apartmanhoz közeli végén is van egy buszmegálló, ami az apartmantól 2 perc séta. Ebből a buszmegállóból el lehet jutni Nicosiába, Páfoszba is. Több busz is megáll ebben a megállóban. Akiket a szervezett kirándulások érdekelnek a sétálóutca apartmanhoz közeli végén egy turista iroda is van, ahol ilyen programokra be lehet fizetni. A strand nagyon szép, homokos. Napágyak bérelhetők. 2,5 euró egy ágy, illetve ugyanennyi a napernyő is.

This apartment had absolutely everything we needed...location, pool, cooking equipment, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, cupboard space with a bit of rearranging, washing machine, drying racks for clothes, even a laundry basket, cleaning supplies, beach towels, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable and big bed, a wonderful view with a sunrise to wake us, a mirror and space outside of the bathroom to get ready, Netflix...EVERYTHING! It was well organized with lots of space. They even provided lots of water and other drinks including sodas, beer, and juice, so there was no need to rush to the store immediately. We felt right at home! The owners are amazing and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area and recommendations on places to eat...Vassos is a must - yummy frozen margaritas and a menu that is huge. There is a European top rated beach, Fig Tree Bay, within less than a 15 minute walk along the coastal boardwalk directly from the premises.

The host was exceptional, he know that we were arriving late with my parents etc ... he had prepared snacks, water, bread and some cheeses so that we can have a bite to eat when we get home. He was very thoughtful and kind. I owed him 100 extra euros, and because he knew it was our wedding week, he decided to gift us that extra $ as a wedding gift ... talking about going the extra mile ... this guy defines it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Fantastic villa just a 5 minute drive from Protaras strip and a few hundred metres from the beach. An ideal central location. The villa had 4 ensuite bedrooms, all spacious and very clean. We were met by Maria, the property manager and she was superb. Constantly advising us on places to visit, where to eat etc. Maria was incredibly attentive and checken on us every few days to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend the Romeo and Juliet apartments in Protaras.
