This is the third time I have stayed here for holidays and work and it always exceeds my expectations. The location is perfect, the host Alena is hospitable, welcoming, knowledgeable and lovely. The varied breakfast and dinner was delicious too. The host is very flexible with timing and offers a holiday break to remember. I needed to do some remote work while I was away and the apartment has excellent, superfast Wifi: two modems downstairs and two modems upstairs. It is also situated in a quiet location which allows you to work in peace if needed and relax by the pool area. The mosaic art within the house is beautiful and very unique. The art tells a story and it is exceptionally mesmerising: I have not seen anything like it. I also met some friends for life staying here from various parts of the world. I will always stay here when in Protaras as it offers a better service than the large hotels. The apartment is also spotless and the room is cleaned every day. The coffee machine is also a bonus :) when you need a boost before you start the day or if you need to do some work in the villa. The terrace and private pool is also a bonus! You won't be disappointed staying here.

Fantastic location just 5 min walk from the center of Pernera (our area of choice) If you're looking for Protaras town then quite a distance . Very spacious 1 bed apartment with good size lounge/kitchen area with large balcony. Totally separate bathroom with good walk in shower and separate spacious and comfortable bedroom. Lovely pool next door with good bar/restaurant. Excellent restaurant (Happy Bar) just a few steps away. Just a few mins to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need. Spotless on arrival but clean towels/bedding only after 4 days

The whole experience with this accommodation was great. Since specific apartment that we wanted to book wasn't available during our whole stay, we had decided to book another apartment (also within Leucolla Hill & Sea) for the first part of our stay and targeted one for the second part. Both of our apartments were rather spacious and, even more important for us, perfectly clean. What's more, our super-helpful host went an extra mile to make sure that movement from one apartment to another goes as smoothly as possible. Additionally, I would single out excellent location of this accommodation (~5-minute walk to Fig Tree Bay, bus stop, supermarkets...) and the fact that we were able to work from both of our apartments - internet was flawless (we were attending video conference calls, remote sessions were fast...) and table was big enough for the 2 of us to comfortably use our laptops at the same time. Obviously, experience where I could work from terrace while looking at the sea partially was awesome :) Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Protaras, either for vacation or work.

This apartment had absolutely everything we needed...location, pool, cooking equipment, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, cupboard space with a bit of rearranging, washing machine, drying racks for clothes, even a laundry basket, cleaning supplies, beach towels, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable and big bed, a wonderful view with a sunrise to wake us, a mirror and space outside of the bathroom to get ready, Netflix...EVERYTHING! It was well organized with lots of space. They even provided lots of water and other drinks including sodas, beer, and juice, so there was no need to rush to the store immediately. We felt right at home! The owners are amazing and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area and recommendations on places to eat...Vassos is a must - yummy frozen margaritas and a menu that is huge. There is a European top rated beach, Fig Tree Bay, within less than a 15 minute walk along the coastal boardwalk directly from the premises.

The host was exceptional, he know that we were arriving late with my parents etc ... he had prepared snacks, water, bread and some cheeses so that we can have a bite to eat when we get home. He was very thoughtful and kind. I owed him 100 extra euros, and because he knew it was our wedding week, he decided to gift us that extra $ as a wedding gift ... talking about going the extra mile ... this guy defines it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Fantastic villa just a 5 minute drive from Protaras strip and a few hundred metres from the beach. An ideal central location. The villa had 4 ensuite bedrooms, all spacious and very clean. We were met by Maria, the property manager and she was superb. Constantly advising us on places to visit, where to eat etc. Maria was incredibly attentive and checken on us every few days to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend the Romeo and Juliet apartments in Protaras.
