Excellent value for a nicely decorated and appointed room. Well located within walking distance (a block or two) from great cafes, restaurant, and a nice beach. Also close to the train station! Air condition was a blessing and electric shutters were life saving with the intense summer heat wave we experienced. Absolutely the best for arranging excellent parking at a local garage for reasonable cost for the duration of your stay! Staff was extremely friendly and always helpful!

There are many things to like! First, it was possible to park a car in the villa backyard for free which is a rare thing to find in/around Barcelona. It releases you from the headache of finding a parking spot and any worries about thieves. That's precious. You can then leave the car and take a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. It takes 25 min to get to central places like Placa de Catalunya by metro. Second, the villa is very beautiful and green with lots of plants and garlands to set up the mood. There's a place to relax on a sofa in the backyard. Our apartment was very clean and had everything you'd need, such as a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, one-off toothbrushes with toothpaste and slippers, a bottle of water, and a TV with Netflix. The bed was somewhat short (I'm 186 cm long) but it wasn't an issue for me personally. If your height is no more than 170 cm I think you'd be good. Last but not least, we had one of the most hospitable house owners I've ever met. Very kind and caring, we felt like we were paying a visit to our grandma rather than a stranger.

The gracious owners were waiting for us outside the house. They gave us a short tour, offered restaurant suggestions and made sure we were comfortable about contacting them before they left. There were several drinks in the fridge and oil, vinegar and salt for cooking. The house was remodeled last July and is very beautiful, comfortable and entirely functional. It is on a quiet street, yet only a 10-minute walk to the Metro. Being the last stop on the Metro means you will be assured of a seat when you head into Barcelona. We enjoyed Badalona so much we spent three days just hanging there, the beach, Las Ramblas and the smiling people make us want to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bright and very comfortable apartment. The kids and the cat love it! The center of Barcelona can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport, which allows you to enjoy all the sights of the city during your stay and relax in a quiet place at night. Very friendly hosts, ready to provide support in case of any questions.

The location is TOP for families with small children, beach is just across the street where there not a lot of tourists. The City Center is like app. 15mins by car. The Apartment is very well managed and well equipt and the host is very nice! We would definitely come back 👌

Absolutely wonderful place the terrace is fabulous ...very clean apartment with everything you need will definitely be back also there's a bus every 15 minutes to Badalona where you can get metro
