This is the best place to stay in Annecy. Perfect for walking everywhere and in a very safe location. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

loved the location. A short walk down the hill and you are right in Old Town. From there you can walk everywhere!! The apartment was well equipped, very clean and has washer and dryer all in one. highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a great location. Parking underground was a definite deciding factor when choosing this spot. Easy 5 minute walk to old town. Manager was extremely responsive and also gave great restaurant recommendations. All around great stay.

The apartment was beyond our expectations . Extremely well furnished and comfortably stylish apartment in a prime location in the centre of the old town of Annecy. The balcony was a huge bonus allowing the perfect viewpoint for people watching and al fresco dining. Key collection was smooth and efficient and contact with the host/ owner was quick and professional. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return again in the near future.

If there was a higher score I would of given it- but 10/10 will do. The property may be a little hard to find when you first arrive, it’s quite a discreet door- which adds character to it. It’s in an old building, right at the top (Duplex apartment). But once you open the door you immediately feel like you are in a luxury building ! The property is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, extremely clean, stunning decoration,has all the equipment you need for a short stay- including spices etc. The tub is the icing on the cake- after a nice meal in the evening, you get back to the apartment and relax in there. You step out and you are on the Main Street of the “old town”- can not get better than this. So busy outside, yet you don’t hear any noise in the property. We loved our time here, and of course lastly we have to mention the host. Sebastien is a gem- very accommodating, friendly. Gave us recommendations where to eat, helped getting a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.
