Our stay was fantastic, very friendly staff ,the room was great ,loads of space, the bed was super comfy. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was superb with a great variety and a few minutes walk from everywhere.

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Location was perfect. Room was very clean and modern and had everything I look for in a hotel room: spacious, excellent wifi, coffee maker, and hairdryer.

We loved everything about the Annexe. The bed was very comfortable, a very large bathroom including a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. Liz, the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and rescuing two tired travelers.

I had a quick stay because I needed to catch an early morning flight so I didn’t get the full experience but the gardens were lovely and the rooms very comfortable and beautiful. I shared it with my local friend as a great option for other visitors to the area.

Wonderful guesthouse and hosts, made us feel at home and lovely clean room. Location was fab, just 10 mins walk into Newquay town. Had an amazing 1 week stay here, will definitely be returning. Can't recommend this guesthouse enough!!
