We were passing by Kavala and decided to stop for some lunch. Town is gorgeous, so we decided to spend a night in it. Greencity was close and had an amazing view. So when we booked it, we received quick response from owner, also he let is check in in an hour! (Fastest check in ever!!) What is more we get the best room in the building. Our rooms was as clean as possible, all we needed was provided shortly. I made a mistake and booked for 2 instead of 3, but the owner solved that immediately as well. I would love to come back ine day and stay in this hotel

Very comfortable apartment with all amenities needed in place at the very center of Kavala, 20 meters from the restaurant and coffee shops zone with views to the sea and the castle. Eftimios was a great host - helpful and friendly. Thank you, Eftimios, and see you soon again!

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The fridge was stocked which was awesome, especially after a long trip to Kavala. The owners were kind and helpful. It is located uphill and boasts a great view but it was a little bit difficult to climb from the city centre if you are on foot.

My second but not my last review. Another 10/10 rating for this property. The host is very attentive, polite and caring. She replies very quickly. The property is extremely clean, and it remains very quiet in the evening. The internet is very fast. There are two supermarkets nearby (less than five minutes on foot). I have stayed in over 200 properties in the last five years; this one is one I can recommend. I plan to return next year, and probably the year after that too. Very highly recommended. 12/10.

Alex is an amazing host! Not only was the accommodation simply amazing, having Alex as a host has really made the experience unforgettable. Alex was extremely helpful, he provided us with great food from his restaurant when we arrived, has kept in touch with us starting days prior to our arrival to make sure he is prepared for all our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was clean and very neatly decorated, the temperature was perfectly set and the bathroom was impeccable. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and we will surely return to Alex whenever we are in Kavala.

Great location in the very center of Kavala; also the host kindly consulted regarding the carpark in vicinity to the apartment. The apartment boasts with a two entrance balcony with a stunning city view. A bed in a bedroom was very comfortable. Two air-conditioners were very timely in Kavala’s heat. To sum up, the apartment has everything needed for a stay.
