The room was very nice and big. The hosters give you a lot of food to have breakfast. They were very friendly and helpful with us. They dried our coats because it was raining and the Next morning they offered to drive us to the bus station. Totally recommended

Very clean and cozy house. Everything was provided for us by the host such as the turf and logs for the fire. She also explained everything very clearly and even if we had questions left, she gave us her number. She had a little booklet in the cottage which had information about everything we needed and also tourist attractions in the area. Overall, the host was very organized and we felt very welcomed when we got to the cottage. The host also provided us with a bottle of wine and Christmas gifts as we were staying during the Christmas break which was a wonderful gesture. Lastly, the property itself is in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the area.

The cottage is in one word amazing, the view is unbelievable, the peace and quiet is fabulous and the host Amanda and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We had an incredible time in Avondale. Thanks Amanda.

The greeting on arrival was first class. We were shown to our apartment promptly and shown the facilities. Towels were changed daily and staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the various walks and attractions in the area.

We stayed at the Yates Village Apartments for 3 nites. We made a mistake when we made our reservation, but when we asked if they was able to change it on the day that we arrived they were very accommodating and happy to do this for us. The apartment was extremely clean and well presented. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there and we will definitely stay there again. Aiden and all the staff there we very helpful and willing to help with any questions or queries that we had. They were all very welcoming and approachable.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies, great location directly across the street from the harbor and beach areas, bright and modern, a very nice well-kept condo.
