Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. We loved our stay at the Amrit Goa, it truly exceeded our expectations. Most importantly the staff were all amazing. Catherine and Ritu were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Ajay was a gem! Amrit is perfectly located - close to the beach and close to town, but is nestled back in a quiet oasis of well-kept gardens and grounds. The pool is amazing, the breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day, and the rooms were quaint and charming. The property is a magnificently restored monastery and highlights the charms of Goa. We left wishing we could stay longer.

Myself my mum and my son stayed at the Casa Da Praia for a week in Nov. We checked in with Hardip at 2am. Communication from booking months ago, through to check out was excellent. Hardip and Sofia are lovely and we’re around at all times to offer advice on where to go, eat out etc. but you don’t really need to go far, the resort is a hidden oasis of beauty and calm in amongst Candolim, a busy village in North Goa. It’s a few minutes from the beach and less to the many restaurants. Hardip recommended Tereza Terrace, which was worth the taxi ride. The photos don’t do it justice, the rooms are of a high standard for the area, cleaned daily with AC, fans and drinkable water available. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool area which due to the trees has sheltered areas from the hot sun. The breakfasts are first class, they really do bed and breakfast very very well. Try the green jam on toast, we couldn’t get enough. My son loved the pancakes! A huge thank you for making our first week in India comfortable, a slice of luxury in Candolim.

After one month in Goa, I can easily say this is by far the best place we have stayed in. The cleanliness is unbeatable, you will see their standard in very little other places. Dala the manager is the sweetest and the most professional Indian that has crossed our way, taking an extraordinary care about her guests and even their personalised needs, we did fully trust her and other staff too. Location is very central, not far from the beach, not noisy. There are even 2 bigger supermarkets just meters away which also is not a standard around other towns in the state. Goa has general electricity problems but during our week stay at Albuquerque the Wifi had worked well enough for us to be able to do videoconferencing without interruptions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent and trustworthy place which seem to be very rare. Thank you for everything!

Villa Nazuri is such a beautiful and well maintained property. The caretakers are so cordial and helpful. Located very close to all the major attractions the city has to offer. The owner Jaiman is very friendly and the hospitality is unmatched; accommodating our smallest of requests. Cabs, rentals, meal options are all available upon request. Thank you to the lovely team for hosting our group!

We spent a magnificent time in the Narrow Way guesthouse. It's not far from the beach (15 minutes walking) and pretty close to the market and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place, where you can have a rest after noisy big cities. Edward is very kind and he always helped whether we needed some cutlery or some advise. He also helped to book a taxi for the airport. The room is pretty spacious and clean. One time the neighbours were a little noisy, but Edward helped to solve this question. In general it's a quiet place and you can close the windows and have a really good sleep.

Very good experience my 3 years old kid felt it exactly like our home. He was very much comfortable with the stay and balcony playing running around the home. Thanks to petrocia mam for her extended support and care. Breakfast was excellent prepared by mam. My family was addicted to mam given breakfast. Clean room bed All amenities available gas stove, oven, fridge, 24/7 hot water etc. Near by market, candolim beach and just near to main road with easy access to all the places.

The stay was beautiful, we'll definately book the same stay the next time we visit Goa. The villas are beautiful, the pool, the breakfast everything was exceptional. The staff were just a phonecall away. The villa is maintained beautifully, pool is right outside the villa. Loved loved the stay

We were a family of 6 and had an amazing stay at Cloverleaf Villa. The villa is more spacious than it appears in the photos, with a large swimming pool. It can easily accommodate a group of 10+. The living room floor-length windows can be fully opened up which seamlessly merges the outdoors with the indoors and creates a very nice space in which to relax. The location is very close to Candolim beach (10 min drive) so was easy to make quick trips to the beach. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience, particularly due to the inhouse chef Harpal and service provided by Govind and Sanjay. Harpal was able to customize food to our tastes and made a number of dishes that were off the menu too (his Gajar Halwa was particularly scrumptious!). The breakfast (included in the price) was a 5-star affair. Food prices were slightly high, but reasonable considering the quality and in-house availability. All food was prepared in front of us and served hot and fresh on our plates, with the table set and cleared up after every meal so we could simply focus on relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility provided by the Cloverleaf team. We were able to choose our breakfast/lunch/dinner menu everyday and they even set aside baby food for the 2-year old. Arun, the owner, was kind enough to let us check-out late since our flight was delayed. We will definitely look forward to visiting Cloverleaf again the next time we are in Goa. One thing to note is that the property requires ~50% advance payment. While I was hesitant to pay directly to the property initially (since I have never paid an advance on booking.com), we never faced any issues with the transaction or with the billing. So go ahead and book Cloverleaf villa if it is available!
