Great location! A few km driving from Kirkjufell parking. We can see the mountain and surrounding area just in our room. Room is not very big but very clean and comfort. A public kitchen with everything you need. We cooked 2 meals there. Staff very helpful. Beddings very comfy.

I don't know where to put the feedback but the villa is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, in a unique and wonderful location, as if it were a postcard. We felt at home. nearby there are supermarkets and typical and fantastic restaurants and cafes. a magical place that reconciles you with the world and makes you thank Mother Nature more and more because she allows us to live on this earth. grundarfiordur is on a peninsula that encompasses all of Iceland and its beauties, its immensity, its power which is the power of Mother Nature and the Universe. And what about the Northern Lights? we stayed 5 nights for 5 nights the Aurora Borealis graced us with its presence. The emotion you feel in feeling surrounded by such great magic is indescribable. Great location! it’s close to Snæfellsjökull National Park. Beautiful views! you are able to see the ocean and mountains! we got lucky to see the northern lights white staying at Kast House. Room is nice and clean!
