Giordano welcomes his guests with Italian hospitality. The apartment, newly renovated is spacious and bright. Breakfast items are included. 12 minutes downhill walk to the cruise shuttle buses. Nearby the apartment is the medieval section, quaint with restaurants. 7 minute walk to begin the Lungomare walk leading to a dynamic piazza and further to a myriad of seafood restaurants. Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.

We loved our stay here! Janet was a fantastic and generous host. She is someone who genuinely wants everyone to have the best time in her place. She picked us up from the train station and took us there on our way back. The breakfast was catered to whatever we wanted and the time we wanted. And it was great! The apartment and the room were very nice and clean, and we could even see the sunset from a large balcony. We couldn’t recommend Janet’s B&B more.

Everything was just perfect! Simone is a very kind and helpful host, who makes your stay even better. The room was very clean, and close by the port and everything. I appreciate the fact that you have bins for recycling. The breakfast was simple and tasty, the homemade orange pie, made by Simone's mom, was just amazing. Thank you for all, Simone! The property was spotless clean, the room was huge as was the bathroom, we were in room 201, with a balcony and a view on the sea. The host Monia, was exceptionally helpful, with suggestions for restaurants in the neighbourhood, taxis , the most helpful. Restaurant Grotto Aurelia only 200 meters from the property is so fantastic, couple that with the the guest house and exceptional host, the stay was a 10 out of 10 for us..
