Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

The room was spacious, well appointed, and the entire house, spotless. It felt like staying in someone’s en-suite guest room. Liked the terrace a lot and was glad Stephanie reminded us on check-in that it was there. Appreciated the maps left in a basket so that I could verify where we were headed for dinner. Because Stephanie’s B.com listing does not state that she offers breakfast, she over-delivers in what she DOES provide, which is a wrapped muffin, juice, a lovely instant coffee or tea bags, cream and sugar, and water. It was enough, and enjoyed up on the terrace. The lodging was easy to find from the bus, and easy to get to a bus the next morning that took us back to the airport. There were ample pleasant dining choices about a seven minute walk away.

Very helpful host Chiara waited at us to immediately show and explain us everything. Parking was always possible in front of accommodation on the street and city center was just up to 15 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Olbia and nearby North-East coast of Sardegna. The apartment was a "RARE FIND", a JEWEL. It was simple and elegant at the same time. The kitchen had lots of lovely wood. There were two balconies each with a gorgeous view. The location was perfect for me. I didn't want to rent a car and I needed to meet people at the Olbia airport the next day. The airport was a pleasant little walk from the apartment, less than 15 minutes. The apartment had a 2nd bedroom perfect for a coworker. Internet worked beautifully. Great refrigerator. Everything I wanted in the kitchen was there. At the end, when I got stressed with work tasks and insufficient time, my host appeared and saved the day taking care of everything!!!! Restaurants and groceries and other needs were within a 1-5 minute walk. I travel a lot. It is VERY UNUSUAL to find a place that is so excellent, SO BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

Everything was perfect. Bus station in front of app, walking distance to town about 45 min. Very clean, the owner was super nice. Breakfast nice and fresh. New towels everyday, bed comfy.
