The location is amazing, so close to the beach but set back in tranquil surroundings, so no noise. Watching the birds and the squirrel in the trees every day was lovely, and being able to eat mangoes straight off the tree was a treat! It's very peaceful and lots of wide open outdoor seating, under cover.

Wonderful host, Kate, went above and beyond to make out stay memorable - delicious food - amazing home-baked goodies would appear regularly - the property is very natural with lots of cool critters. Walking distance to beach and Kep crab market - but best of all - the most comfortable bed in Cambodia! Thank you Kate for taking such good care of us.
