Property is centre located and you will find everything all around in 50m distance- ATM, boat trips, market, bakery, restaurants. Property is small, private , very clean and stylish in every detail, perfect coffee. There is a lovely lobby, kitchen for guests. Rayan- the host is very helpful and helped me with suggestions for islands boat trip, going to Sandakan to see rainforests.

The staff were amazing. Everything was ready upon my arrival since I arrived late. Briefed me about the common areas & no shoe policy inside. Bob was great! The other Filipino guy that takes care of the afternoon shift (forgot his name) was amazing. He gave me tips, talked about stories around the place. Such a homey experience. Definitely my go to place in Semporna now. Keep it up!

This property was very well taken care of and clean. Had hanging racks and a balcony to dry out diving gear. Spacious room with nice shower and bathroom. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Location is right downtown but had a lot of security measures in place to keep location safe and private. AC worked well, Wifi very fast. Was worried about noise level but was surprisingly quiet.
