Location was perfect, only a short 2-minute walk across the road to New Brighton Pier, managed to capture some stunning sunrises. Apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and easy to access with the security door. I felt very safe, added bonus was a private sunny courtyard for a morning coffee. I will be returning in the near future.

Clean and tidy. Quirky design. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed (& to spare). Great having a bath. Nice and close to the beach. Great access for mobilty- impaired family member who uses a walking frame.

Room was small but had everything we needed and expected for the budget price (except a mirror) Comfortable clean bed with hotel quality sheets and pillows. Friendly person at reception and people working around the place (waves and smiles). Bathroom was outdated but very very clean and well maintained . Loved it here .

Great location. Nice new apartment. Easy parking. Easy to access. Close to beach and nearby facilities. Branded products ie: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soaps etc. Nice touch supplying tea, coffee, hot chocolate (even supplied a starter pack of milk👌🏼) Bed was also very comfy!
