Very tidy and lovely guest house, equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredible, very close to the beach and centre of town but in a quiet area. Joaquim is a 5-star host. He was friendly and kind and provided all the information we needed. We will be back, thank you Joaquim!

The property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean and very modern and stylish. Everything you needed was in the apartment and all in like new condition, even down to an air fryer . Really comfy extra large bed. Highly recommend this apartment. Fantastic location and perfect views, right on the beach front 👌Thank you so much to the host.

amazing apartment, had everything we needed, wifi, tv, cooking facilities , parking no problem here, 3 mins to front & to centre of town, quiet [ apart from the odd upset dog :] ! ] no outside space but we knew that & it wasnt a problem. Host very good & deposit & refund were easy. Would / will stay again when in Monte Gordo

We absolutely loved our 8 day stay at South Pearl it was perfect, in fact we would love to stay there again. The apartment is fitted and furnished in an immaculate modern style and anything you need is there. Balcony is very big and is a sun trap! Just a very short walk to the beach. Our booking was very last minute but the host was very understanding and helpful.
