Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, communal laundry. Good quality TV. Clean linen and comfortable bed. Lift to unit is very welcome when you have heavy baggage. Paulo communicated very well and was a great host. Location very good, 7 minutes from beach front but in quiet residential area. Mini supermarket and cafes 2 to 5 minutes away.

I will recommend this apartment to my friends without any hesitation. I found that all the interior materials were chosen thoroughly as high quality. All the equipment was clean and well maintained. The housekeeper, Anna, was so kind and careful. I had read some complaints about hot water, but there wasn't any issue with it. It seemed that it was replaced or fixed well.

What a dream place: extremely nice and helpful staff, rooms and location are top level, very clean and comfortable and close close to the beach. Nice breakfast and snacks and the bus and ttam stop right in front but without the noise

The apartment is located one street from the sea and is easily accessible by Uber/taxi. It is well equipped with higher end utensils and furniture. It was spotlessly clean and supplied with a number of extra items one would not expect to find. The room was spacious and bathroom very clean and functional. We found the owner extremely helpful and he went out of his way to assist us to make our stay a memorable one. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations.
