Really beautiful apartment in the very centre! Don’t think twice if you want to just enjoy a beautiful interior. Not much storage space though for clothes, be prepared to keep your thinks in the laundry room and on the floor. But still the place itself is gorgeous, will stay again for sure.

Nice studio, i’ve got with balcony, perfectly clean, excellent location- old town center, quiet and comfortable. I liked nespresso machine and very comfortable bed and bathroom. Although it has common backyard with other guests, but i was lucky- was quiet neighbors😀. Also it was a good price at the time of booking compared with others in this area

Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!

when I saw the pictures on booking I loved the place, when I arrived inside the apartment was even better than in the pictures! the view from all the rooms is spectacular- you hear the sea from the apartment and it’s such a joyful experience to be in a place like you’re at home, it has everything you need to call it home for the period you’re staying in, the owner is so helpful- responding almost instantly to my questions (which I didn’t expect as it was late in the evening). close by there’s an incredible beautiful restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food and a terrace. was hard to go out of the apartment because this place it’s got the best view in Constanta. the whole building looks brand new, very good quality, 2 lifts for each floor , going to the beach is a very short walk to touch the sand and get your feet into the sea. i look forward to coming back soon! thank you from all my heart for making my stay so welcoming and comfortable. by the way, they were even 2 bottles of water in the fridge with some sweets - it simply melt my heart feeling how much effort and love they put into welcoming the guests in this apartment.

The apartments are very modern, with all the needed facilities, the kitchen is fully equiped and the cleaning products are also provided along with coffee/sugar. The beds are comfortable - the sleeper sofa as well as it comes with a real mattress. The key system (unique code per guest based) is very interesting as it offered us a lot of flexibility even if we had some slight issues with it. This was not a big problem for us in the end as all the issues we had with the doors or in the apartment were solved very promptly by our hosts.
