Property is really nice, modern, clean and spacious..bed is super comfortable, and patio is really cute overlooking a garden(apartment has everything you need)..it's really close to restaurants, shops, bus station and beach. Hosts are most amazing and they went over and beyond to help organise everything..they even left a birthday present for my boyfriend..we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and if we ever go back we will definitely stay there again.. I would 100% recommend this place.!

The staff was great. Very warm, welcoming and always offering help. Very very nice people. We had a wedding at Anse Lazio and they even offered to clean our wedding dress free of charge. They also made us a surprise wedding decoration on the bed while we were gone which was really sweet of them. They made a reservation for Anse Georgette and gave us tips on where to go and to see. The location is nice because everything is a 2min car ride (supermarket, ATM, restaurants). They only things that are a bit further away are the beaches on the other side of the island and the national park, but even that is a 20min car ride because Praslin is a very small island. If we ever go back, we would definitely go there.

How do you rate the perfect holiday? Well look no further fellow travelers! Our stay at the Residence Praslinoise started already way before even arriving at the complex. After the booking you are greeted by a lovely e-mail that spoils you with lots of useful information on your stay by the host. I can’t put into words how caring Maryvonne is towards her guests and takes care of literally ANYTHING for them. From sourcing a local rental car to booking adventure trips or sorting out the schedules for the ferry.. the list literally goes on and on. Simply put, we already felt at home before even arriving and were eagerly awaiting our stay there. Check-In: Uncomplicated and relaxing are what best describes the Check-In, we immediately felt at home right away and got to settle in and freshen up before quickly heading over to the reception for the formalities. Facilities: The apartment complex has a great size that doesn’t feel to small nor to big, it feels very private and secure as it is a gated community. The pool is in the center of it all with nice community areas and sunchairs to enjoy. Rooms: The apartment itself is very nice, feels brand new and had everything you need. The welcome was amazing with flowers spread all over just like on the pictures. The rooms are very spacious and bright thanks to the large windows. Inside you have all the amenities you need from kitchen appliances to beach towels. The bed is great as well, take it from someone with back problems. Cleanliness: The rooms are exceptionally clean and very well maintained, having room service available only every other day is absolutely adequate considering how thoroughly it is being cleaned. Location: While it may not be located ideally for those without a car, it is not really a drawback considering that one most likely needs a car anyways to explore the island properly. Maryvonne will assist her guests with great options for rental cars upfront or upon arrival at the location.

Ailyn, our host , is amazing and made our stay unforgettable. She is an excellent cook and is very friendly. Trying the dinner at the house is a MUST ;). the property is in front of the beach, easy to access, the house is fully equipped and has an outdoor jacuzzi !!

Cozy and comfortable villa. All new and clean - kitchenware, beds, showers etc. Regular cleaning (special thanks to the lady). Owner is nice and kind - provided all requested - late check out, transfers etc. many-many thanks as well! Quiet area. We rented a car in Praslin - this is strongly recommended to fully enjoy your stay

The place is a lovely cottage surrounded by a beautifully kept garden. The location maybe is not by a beautiful beach, but it is very comfortable to get to Anse Georgette. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, you hear only nature. What we liked the most is the porch. We spent there every evening and ate there every breakfast. So relaxing! I must mention Anabelle, the most helpful and kind host. She greeted us with a warm welcome and a cold glass of lemon-grass drink. She actively, but not intrusively, helped us with whatever we needed, gave us every detail for every activity we planned. She reserved our visit to Anse Georgette (still required), called taxi, explained how to get around by buses. She occasionally brought us fruits and even cleaned up the place and replaced towels while we were away! Truly extraordinary for self-catering! If you're looking for a quiet relaxation, this is the place to go.
