The place is exceptional and beyond expectation, great location, best beach, 10 min walking. Very clean and really friendly staff. Adam and Mervin are great hosts, plus Adam is a great chef, and for a very responsible price, you can have best fish in the world. Highly recommend the place for a great holiday , to rent a car is best to get around Seychelles, for shopping and visit place nearby. There is a beautiful restaurant 2 min walking and the food is delicious. The view and the pool is absolutely beautiful, me and my girlfriend didn't expect to find out that the place is more beautiful than the pictures on booking. Com . We will visit again and we wish Mervin and Adam all the best.

Arrivi...e sei nel paradiso terrestre!! Entri nella stanza...e sei in una reggia!! Il soggiorno qui è stato eccezionale, a partire dall'accoglienza della proprietaria, Manuela, che ci ha accolti con grande cortesia nonostante il nostro arrivo molto tardi. L'appartamento è grandissimo, estremamente elegante e perfettamente pulito. La vista dalla terrazza è fantastica, a 360 gradi, in ogni direzione si guardi. La villa è immersa nel verde, il mare è a 20 metri, le onde dell'oceano ti fanno compagnia durante la notte (dormite a finestre aperte, ne vale veramente la pena!!). La doccia esterna è un plus da noi molto apprezzato, come la frutta in omaggio che ci è stata portata la mattina. I teli mare vengono forniti gratuitamente. L'appartamento è attrezzato con una funzionante cucina ben fornita! Nelle vicinanze, a circa 4 km, ci sono 4-5 supermercati ben forniti dove comprare tutto il necessario per mangiare in casa. La struttura offre la possibilità di effettuare la colazione, a pagamento, prenotandola la sera prima. La spiaggia è fruibile solo in parte per la naturale presenza di rocce, ma ci sono dei punti sabbia ben ombreggiati sotto le palme. Per fare il bagno è però meglio spostarsi (con auto a noleggio che è d'obbligo) nelle vicinissime Police Bay ( meravigliosa, 1 km a sud) e Ance Intendance (2 km a nord) e, poco più distante a Takama Beach e Baie Lazare Beach (non più di 5 km). Se venite quaggiù (da Victoria, in auto, ci vogliono circa 35 minuti) non cercate altro che il relax, la pace, e le meravigliose spiagge della parte sud dell'isola di Mahè. Le 2 notti che abbiamo trascorso ci hanno rimesso a nuovo!!

Posizione incantevole da dove si possono raggiungere in auto tutte le spiagge a Sud di Mahé in breve tempo!!! La proprietaria Maggi è una splendida persona…provare per credere!!!

Dream location below coconut palms, surrounded by birds, nature, gorgeous beach with crystal clear water and endless possibilities for snorkeling on coral reef. Looks better than on all pictures of it we saw prior our vacation! The staff was amazing, you feel like visiting your far away family. Brigitte was taking care of us, giving us endless tips and recommendations and we got 150% of our holiday with her. The rest of the staff also too kind and smiling, they do everything that you have the best experience ever. This was the best holiday we ever had, if you want your private beach, coconuts, birds singing, little crabs and wonderful little house with veranda just few meters from the picturesque white sand beach, look no further!

Siamo stati al Captain's Villa per 4 notti. È andato veramente tutto oltre le nostre aspettative. Personale cordialissimo, camere più che pulite, wi-fi che prende benissimo e ovunque, possibilità di cenare all'interno della struttura, con ottimi piatti a prezzi inferiori a quelli dei ristoranti. Spiaggia da sogno di fronte all'hotel... Oltre a tutto questo, Christine ci ha aiutato a trovare una macchina a noleggio, che ci è stata portata fino in hotel a prezzi di mercato. Teniamo a ringraziare tutto lo staff per disponibilità, la cordialità e la gentilezza! Un bacino a Fudge!

The accommodation is very clean, believe me, super clean to compare with other apartments I stayed, the owners Valina and her husband Donald are super friendly and helping with everything u need, we felt like we are not guests, we felt like we are family. Valina made us very tasty curry and was bringing my daughter always bananas which she loves a lot. Donald showed us around, dropped us to the shop to buy the groceries and a lot more, believe me, anything you need. There is kitchen with all utilities, AC, TV, fridge and very beautiful balcony where u can make BBQ. The beach is just 3 min walk( nice one, not crowded at all, u feel it private))Hilton Double tree and small shop around 3 min walk also. We had a very nice stay and a nice short vacation just because of the hosts. Wanna say big thanks and recommend to everyone if u wanna clean quiet place to relax and enjoy the nature. Very peaceful place to relax. We will come back for sure and recommend to all our friends

The location of the villa is amazing, right on the beach. Quite on the beach. The hostess is great. Helped with car rental, organized fishing trips. Constantly in touch and helped a lot in organizing the rest and resolving any issues. Huge thanks to her!

Great place to stay if you want to travel in an uncomplicated, spontaneous way. Richard, the owner is very welcoming and happy to help with any question on short notice. Rental car is recommended as you stay in the less busy south of Mahé.

We had a very warm welcome as after 17 hours of travelling, Patrick, the host, ensured our room was ready even ahead of time. The villa itself i's truly stunning as it oversees the ocean. It is located on top of a small hill, a few minutes aways from the beaches. It is very peaceful and well equipped: we had the opportunity to help ourselves to coffee, tea, water and kitchen amenities. Common spaces are wide and comfortable. The deluxe double room is very spacious and panoramic. Patrick is a top host, we must admit, the best we had so far as he was extremely helpful and available, he made our stay the best it could have been. We are very glad we chose Charlotte Villa; everything was perfect and would definitely recommend it.
