Inn at Grace Bay is terrific! We have only good things to say about this lovely resort. The apartment we got was wonderful. It was on the third floor, with a nice view of the coconut trees, pool and ocean. The apartment is big and comfortable: it has everything one needs to feel at home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped. We could cook full meals very conveniently. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff: Ariel the host is THE BEST he is so professional and helpful! We took day trips and Ariel took care of everything: helped us book, made phone calls for us, and gave good recommendations on where to go. Ariel is really an asset to this great resort, you can see his guests are important to him and he will do everything to make sure you will have a wonderful vacation! Location: PRIME LOCATION REALLY GREAT right in the center of Grace Bay. A 3-minute walk from Grace Bay beach. Very close to restaurants, car rentals, supermarkets, etc. It's really near all the (much more expensive) all-inclusive resorts and shares the same sea shore. On the beach, there are also beach chairs free to use for Inn at Grace Bay guests. Sea is magnificent. We used to walk on the beach every day - bring snorkeling gear if you love snorkeling, there is plenty to see! You can walk on the beach to Coral Gardens reef it's really amazing. Bonus - in the morning you get coffee near the pool with delicious baked goods. Wifi worked great in the apartment. Good AC. We recommend this place to anyone who wishes to visit the wonderful islands of Turks and Caicos! It's really a great, great option for a great stay at a very reasonable price. Island Club and Grace Bay were every bit as beautiful as we had them in memory from 3 years earlier. Not much has changed which is good, only one new hotel is being builtacross the road but we did not hear any noise from there. The best feature of the hotel is its stunning pool area. Every unit has a stunning view from the balcony to the lush tropical garden whose crown jewel is the pool in the middle. Every day gardeners work on it to keep it in perfect shape. You can hang around the terasse, the balcony or the pool the whole day or walk the max 5 minutes to the sea. The units come with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grace Bay has been voted the best beach in the world on several occasions for a reason. The 7-mile-wide golden sand beach is ideal for walks and early morning jogs and swimming in the turquoise-coloured warm water is heavenly. In short, if there is a vacancy at this hotel, you should book it. It is expensive compared to some other Caribbean islands but in Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay it is still best value for money and you won't regret it.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The property manager was very welcoming from the beginning. He walked me and my guest to the villa and walked us the amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond. The staff at the beach was helpful in preparing the beach chairs as well as giving us a ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great and the fact that the grocery store is across the street was awesome. The Ports of Call is in a great location and I highly recommend.

Third time there. Love the location!! Very walkable to shops and restaurants. The best beach!! The staff was outstanding. Everything was superb!!
