Everything! There is an amazing garden with relaxing swimming pool, hidden sunbeds among the tropical plants. Just paradise. The villa has beautiful interior design, very comfortable with everything you need. And the staff was the best - always helpfull and taking care. There is possibility to arrange taxi or massages in the villa. Thank you for wonderfull time🙏

beautiful villas with amazing fish pond in the middle. The whole place is lush green with a beautiful sala and dinning area. The pool though shared with neighborhood villa is huge and beautiful, one gets there privacy. ... Fred and his family did everything to make it special for our family. The villa is just walking distance from the beach with lots of amazing local restaurants within 5 minutes walk if one wants to explore eating out. While this is a 4 bedroom villa, if someone has a larger family they can take adjoining 5 bedroom villa or complete 9 bedroom villa. Highly recommend it.

Visited the villa with 8 people for work and vacation purposes. Really enjoyed the place. Lots of air and room there and very cozy bed in the master room. :) Pool was big enough and clean, the housekeeping spoke English very well and helped us with the dishes and keeping the place clean. :) Small calm lake right next to the villa with some nice greenery and nature sounds. Villa is very close to the main road, only few minutes walk. Surin beach also on 10 min walking distance.

We loved everything about our apartment in The Chava. It was the perfect base for our family during our time in Surin. The apartment was so spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It also had beautiful views of the mountains. The communal pool was also a great hit with my girls, and it was great having the poolside restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of The Chava staff were so very helpful and always there to welcome us with a smile. The location was also spot on, being only a very short walk across the road to the beautiful beach, as well various restaurants and shops. Communication with the owners was also so easy and they very kindly arranged our taxi from the airport for us. We definitely will be back and we would 100% recommend this apartment to others.

When we arrived, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner's assistant to bring us the keys. We arrived quite late after 9 pm, so the wait was justified. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable, only the door to the bathroom was hard to close. Apparently, due to the high humidity, the tree swelled and it was necessary to make an effort. We had cleaning done twice during the entire stay. We didn't pay anything on top of the amount withdrawn by booking. About the location: the beach is not far from 7 minutes on foot, but there are not enough good restaurants around to go for dinner. In any case, I recommend this great place!
