it’s clean and close to the beach

We stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. Excellent location (5 mins to the Cleopatra beach), everything you need for a long stay. It's a calm neighborhood. The staff is nice and can assist you for anything. Many good restaurants around. We enjoyed eating at my balıkçım, a fish and seafood restaurant or if you want something more high-end and romantic, you can try "Panorama" next to Red Tower for a scenic view during the sunset. Less than 5 mins to reach the closest grocery stores. You can access the city center easily by walk or you can rent a bike at a local bike store close to the hotel (Alanya bike shop şeker bisiklet service, 5 mins or so from the hotel) to explore the city and the promenade. It was only a few € per day for 2 people. It's possible to store your rented bikes at the hotel in a dedicated closed space at the entrance. Ask the reception. You can also take the bus (there are many bus stops around the hotel) and pay directly with your credit card (contactless). The current rate is around 0.60€ per ride. No need to take a taxi in most cases. Overall, it's an excellent value and if I ever come back, I will stay there another time.

Furniture and Fixtures! Smart Television and kitchen appliances. Everything is brand new and so up-to-date. Location is so close to the beach and the best part is a wide balcony.

Spacious, private, market near by - pool was a great size & the balcony/ bar space was nice and relaxing everything was super clean and inside felt very homely - will definitely be back. Host was very attentive and helpful :)

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und man konnte sich problemlos auf Englisch mit ihm unterhalten. Während des Aufenthalts hat er mehrfach nachgefragt ob alles gut ist oder man Hilfe benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und flexibel. Wir sind früher als gedacht in Alanya angekommen und er hat den Schlüssel spontan drei Stunden früher gebracht. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und schön. In der Anlage gibt es einen schönen Pool der von allen genutzt wird. Wenn Fragen aufkommen ist Sinan der Rezeptionist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Appartement selbst ist die Austattung wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimananlage. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Die Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und ich würde immer wieder dieses Appartement buchen. Supermarkt und Einkaufsstraße für Touristen ist fußläufig 😊

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and liked it very much. It's well-equipped and cosy. We used the outdoor pool and the tennis court almost every day. Supermarkets, a bus stop and a beach are all in close proximity. We'd love to come back next year.
