Great location 10 minutes from ocean drive Heartwarming welcome Free parking We had the room with a superb terrace The room is spacious with a nice bathroom The common areas are very nice with a large kitchen It seems that the breakfast is excellent but as we were leaving early to catch a plane, the owner arranged to have a takeaway breakfast prepared for us. Air conditioning is common so it is not possible to adjust it at your convenience The rooms are quite close so you have to hope that the other tenants are not too noisy I highly recommend this accommodation !!

Arzu is a warm and welcoming hostess. She genuinely cares about her guests. She provides a wealth of information about where to go and what to see. The property is like a collective Airbnb: a shared kitchen and living room with 4 individual bedrooms and bathrooms. So you can cook “at home” for any meal you like. The basics are provided: coffee, bread, fruit. Add to it as you see fit.

Cosa non mi è piaciuto la posizione dell'appartamento che praticamente si trova al primo piano davanti alla hall del resort la casa bella pulita ma non curata cpn tanti piccoli difetti tipo che in cucina gli spotelli non si chiudono andrebbe curata meglio e a differenza degli altri appartamenti non vi era nulla ne sale ne olio o zucchero tutte cose che nel mio viaggio di mese per gli usa ho sempre trovato
