The rooms are clean, very well decorated and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop balcony is a must - you can chill there anytime of the day, enjoying some peaceful time with a perfect view. Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place, with a beautiful view over the sea. The apartment was spacious, clean and giving a home feeling, with a well equipped kitchenette.Our host is an amazing person, always there to help and greet you with a smile. She helped us tremendously and we are really grateful to her. We highly recommend Stefaniya apartments, it is a great location next to supermarket (1km) and only 10-minute drive to the old town. We will be definitely going back.

Featuring garden views, Villa Flora is situated in the Budjaka district of Sozopol, a few steps from Harmanite Beach and a few steps from Bamboo Beach. Room was very clean, bed very comfy. The view was astonishing, sunrise amazing. You can pick the side you wish to watch, because balcony is very big and on two sides of the room. There are even sunbeds and umbrella fot your disposal. We had no problem with parking, there was always free spot in front of the villa. Owner is very kind.

Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

So you can party close by and then have a chance to take a proper rest. The room was clean and tidy and I love the balcony view.

Very big apartment with great sea view, nicely decorated interior. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to make yourself a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bed was big and slept well, the pillow was just right also.
