We had the whole ground floor of the house to ourselves, including our own kitchen and outdoor seating area. Home is < 100 feet from the lake front with a lovely public lawn on the water to sit in. Host was incredibly kind and accommodating - she did a load of laundry for us as we were in the middle of a long trip, and offered to pick up groceries we needed from Lidl as the store in town is quite expensive. Lots of pamphlets in the house with information on nearby excursions and other activities.

Located in Oberhofen am Thunersee in the Canton of Bern and set in a swiss chalet dating back to 1927, the apartment features a balcony and mountain and lake views. Perfect stay and very friendly and welcoming hosts!

A sun terrace with panoramic views of lake Thun and the surrounding mountains is provided at B&B Haussener, which also offers a room with free WiFi and a flat-screen internet TV. My husband and I couldn't have hoped for a more relaxing stay with Maya! We woke to a delicious home cooked breakfast and hot coffee each morning with beautiful sweeping views of lake Thun and Spiez. We had access to a balcony that we sat out on and enjoyed each morning and sunsets each night! The mattress and bedding was extremely comfortable too! The area is extremely easy to navigate with public transport, you also have countless day trips and hikes that you can access from the doorstep. Maya is such an incredibly thoughtful person and went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We hope to return to the Interlaken area one day and highly recommend B&B Haussener. Our only regret is not staying longer! Thank you Maya :)
