We had the whole ground floor of the house to ourselves, including our own kitchen and outdoor seating area. Home is < 100 feet from the lake front with a lovely public lawn on the water to sit in. Host was incredibly kind and accommodating - she did a load of laundry for us as we were in the middle of a long trip, and offered to pick up groceries we needed from Lidl as the store in town is quite expensive. Lots of pamphlets in the house with information on nearby excursions and other activities.

Located in Oberhofen am Thunersee in the Canton of Bern and set in a swiss chalet dating back to 1927, the apartment features a balcony and mountain and lake views. The location and the view from Chalet Oberhofen are hard to beat! Peter and Eveline were wonderful hosts. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

A sun terrace with panoramic views of lake Thun and the surrounding mountains is provided at B&B Haussener, which also offers a room with free WiFi and a flat-screen internet TV. Maya was an amazing host. They had amazing breakfast. Maya also recommended us local hiking spots we wouldn't be able to find otherwise. The stay is in a scenic spot overlooking Lake Thun. A cosy place. Perfect location away from the business with access to all the lovely places in Switzerland.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.

Altogold Swiss Holidays At Manor Farm 5* offers accommodation on the shore of Lake Thun, on the outskirts of Interlaken. Trailer was fairly new, so in great shape. Was better than I had expected based on some reviews. Staff was very nice and had lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
