Professional as well as helpful warm welcoming at the reception. The staff was always available to answer any excursion questions we had. There is always someone on site 24/7. The apartment was as described and very clean. The view of the mountains and lake from the apartment was indescribable. We can recommend the host and have already booked for the ski vacations 2023 in February.

Located in the centre of Locarno, 10 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore, Residenza Vivian comes with modern apartments in a residential house with lift. Private parking is possible on site. The apartment is exceptional, especially for families with kids. The lake view is breathtaking, the kids loved the balcony. The location is central, and everything (in Locarno) is within walking distance.

Really good communication with the hosts. The apartment was clean and at a really nice location in the village. We had everything we needed.

We thought they really thought it through. Even though the room is in the basement and the windows are just in the kitchen, the hosts made the place a really nice one to stay. it is warm and cozy with everything that is needed.
