There is everything in the flat if you need to cook.

This is an amazing property with cute cabins and all the facilities. The pool was nicely kept. The fruit provided from the crop was extra special. All the staff was helpful. Great area but need a vehicle or taxi for access to Sámara. Such a peaceful place to stay. It was nice to hear that this was also funding support for the tree regrowth.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Loved that the units were tucked away from the outside hustle and bustle and had a very modern look. Garden in the area was well maintained. Pool was a nice touch as well! Owner was extremely friendly and helpful answering all our questions about local places to go and tours.

The guesthouse is run by the owners without staff. Both are multi-lingual, very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our conversations with them. Both the site and the room were clean and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are also individually air conditioned. An out-door kitchen is maintained where guests take care of their own breakfasts and other meals. The pool (not chlorinated) is clean and deep. The site is relatively remote and very quiet, thus of course, we had a variety of bird life come and visit. The road to the guesthouse is surfaced but narrow and with steep grades typically found in the area. The site is close to Ocotal Beach and several other beaches.

I really enjoyed the quiet location and the nice walk to a very private beach. The pool was fantastic, but above all, what was incredible for me was that I was able to bring my dogs. They were free to roam on the property and on the quiet road outside. That was the cherry on top for me:)

Hótelið er staðsett í Playa Flamingo og Potrero-ströndin er í innan við 700 metra fjarlægð. this place is a 4 room hotel with an additional house for rent. It was close to everything in the small town and the people, Susan, Juardo, and Noemi were fantastic. There is a troop of howler monkies that occasionally stop by for a visit. all in a great little place for a few days
