Situated in the Roatan Region, 46 km from Utila, Puerta Azul is a beachfront property just a short swim away from the MesoAmerican Reef. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. We really enjoyed our stay at the Puerta Azul in Roatan, Honduras. The property is right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The owner, Talia, and the manager, Augusta, are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and the other meals are all delicious. They have good cooks. Talia and Augusta will answer all your questions. They know where to find the best beaches, and snorkeling and diving spots. They know the best tours to take. I would recommend using the ferry to take a day trip to the rainforest on the mainland. Another must is to visit the Maya Eden Eco-Park on Roatan. It’s an interesting place. Everyone’s favorite thing to do there is to hold the sloths. West Bay Beach is the best beach on the island and has a nice reef. It’s a $5 taxi ride in a collectivo van or $10 in a taxi from Puerta Azul. You simply must visit this beach. Puerta Azul has some of the best coral reefs right off their beach. You should spend a lot of time right on the property. You can walk out on their long dock and jump in. You can see some nice fish as soon as you enter but you should swim out from the dock 100 yards to see the best part of the colorful coral reef and beautiful tropical fish. This is one of the best places to snorkel or dive from the shore. It is definitely one of the healthiest reefs in the Caribbean. The property can also send you on on a boat to visit the coral if you don’t feel like swimming a lot.

Set in West End, Cozy Beach Villa at The Shores 5 minutes from the beach offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Pool, short walk to main street, privacy, AC, two bathrooms. Leonora picked us up and brought us to airport for same price as taxi.

Set in Six Huts, 34 km from Parque Gumbalimba and 24 km from Carambola Gardens, Coco Bahia Apartment offers a garden and air conditioning. Excellent and rich breakfast included, lunches and dinners available by arrangement, on the terrace with beautiful sea view. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Quiet place.

Located in Roatan and only 1.6 km from West End Beach, Relaxing Tropical Cabin provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The cabin was perfectly build, pretty calm place, clean, and comfy

Boasting garden views, Las Palmas - New Horizon features accommodation with a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, around 2.6 km from Mahogany Beach. The villa was super clean and perfect for the night we spent on Roatan before going to Utila. Jena was very nice and helpful. It is possible to arrange transport from airport or ferry if needed.

Set in Six Huts, 34 km from Parque Gumbalimba and 24 km from Carambola Gardens, Bahia Azul Apartment offers a garden and air conditioning. Beautiful property with a free shuttle from the ferry. When we were picked up from the ferry, we were even able to stop at the grocery store to buy some groceries. In the morning, the owner’s sister checked to see if we needed any extra towels or anything cleaned and she also brought us some water and soda. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Even the neighbors were kind and asked us if we liked the neighborhood. It was also easy to catch a bus into town from the property.

The kindness of the onwners ms tish and mr Travis And the place where so clean my family and me have a great time over there thank you for everything for sure I gona go again if we visit the island

It is clean, quiet and so close to the water. If you love the ocean as much as we do you will love this location. Since the ocean is your front yard.
