Sean and Brenda were very welcoming and made sure I had all I needed as a solo traveler with a knee injury. The room was bright, clean and warm. Overlooking the Connemara coast and Galway Bay, Tigh Fitz Bed and Breakfast is located on Inis More which is the largest of the 3 Aran Islands and features several ancient stone forts and churches. Home away from home (sometimes better ;-) Complete, so comfortable, so clean and as cosy as it can get. We had great expectations for the island but they were surpassed by the wonderful accomodation. And the nice staff and kindness and sage of Penny´s advice, really great. Thank you so much and looking soooo forward to return to the End/Center of the World

Overlooking Kilronan Harbour on Inis Mór Island in County Galway, Pier House offers Bed and Breakfast in a peaceful location off Ireland’s west coast. Great location near Ferry dock. Central to town, tours, etc. Everything was great, even the breakfast! Be sure to wear good shoes or hiking boots. Hiked one day. Took a fun tour bus the next day. Staying overnight is a fuller experience than a day tip.
