The property was a wonderful first introduction to Sri Lanka. The pool was amazing and well kept. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and helpful in planning our next leg of travel.

Lovely family, so friendly and helpful, I arrived earlier than planned and they offered me to join them for breakfast. Very helpful with anything needed also. Great room. Very big and in a good location. Would recommend staying here

Clean and spacious room, hot shower, great food and a very friendly host who gave us lots of recommendations. We were able to rent a scooter at the property and the owner also allowed us to leave some of our luggage at the hotel in storage for free. Great value for money.

Situated just 4.2 km from St Anthony's Church, Optimum Residencies features accommodation in Negombo with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Near to the airport (10-15 mins), they will arrange pickup and drop off to the airport in a cab free of cost. The rooms are clean, they give towels and the lady at the reception is super helpful. They also had a small pool but we didnt get to use it as we arrived late and flew out early. Great value for money and worth it if you just need a transit hotel.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Kenath works so hard to make everything perfect. He's a great help and organized a van large enough to carry 10 people including all luggage to Sigiriya. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The rooms are spotless and large. Comfortable beds and beautiful grounds with fire flies ❤️
