The location is excellent and breakfast is awesome. When it comes to the staff their hospitality is great. Their support can't be expressed by using the word. Very modern and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay. In the cafe on the first floor the food is tasty and sold for reasonable prices. We liked that drinking water in the hotel provided for free. Also there is a playing room, where you can play a pool. Overall good value for the money 👍🏻

Terletak dalam 3.3km dari Gereja St Anthony's dan 35km dari Stadium R Premadasa, Sunrise City Palace mempunyai bilik di Negombo. We had a very comfortable one night stay at Sunrise City Palace. When we arrived at the airport, Denish was waiting for us to bring us to his home. We felt very welcome at his lovely home and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the morning after. Denish and his wife are incredibly kind and hospitible!

Amazing lovely place with a beautiful garden and pool. It has to be your first stay, your last stay, or both in Sri Lanka. The host and his family are very friendly, kind, helpful, careful, but all the time keeping your privacy. Rooms are perfectly clean, modern. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach area. Could only recommend it and will come back.

This is the best stay I had in all of Sri Lanka, even better than hotels! The warm welcome by the hosts and their attention to details made it all perfect, The lovely couple welcomed us with fresh scented towels and fresh juice before we were escorted to our room (a smaller villa within the house perimeters), There was a welcome note for me in the room as well :) The room can easily fit 4 adults, very spacious with mutiple beds, The decoration details and elements make it all a 10 star rating (mirrors, paintings, mini fridge, kettle, multiple towels, shampoo, shower gel, haidryer, decorative elements,etc…) The room is equipped with AC and fan, both work perfectly, There are various sockets around the room for different charging methods, The location of the house is perfect! Dengan Gereja St Anthony's yang boleh disampai dalam 4.2km, Optimum Residencies mempunyai penginapan, restoran, kolam renang luaran, taman dan lounge berkongsi. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Lovely place with very comfortable and spacious rooms, two nice pools, and the food was very good! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, they helped us a lot. Everything was perfect!
