We had just about anything we could have wanted in the house, private parking, space for all four of us. Since we had four, we had both floors. The downstairs patio was nice, but the upstairs balcony was a dream! Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. A shirt walk over the scenic marina bridge takes you right to the shops and restaurants. We wished we were staying more than two nights!

My husband has mobility issues and the level entry plus elevator to the 5th floor were perfect. Excellent food options within the block. highly reccommend both the Oxley and SISU. Took the Marlborough Tour Co, Wine and Food Cruise (literally across the street) and had a fantstic day with a small group. Bonus craft fair across the street on the green on Wednesday morning as we departed. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked. We were out a bit too much, so did not get to enjoy the fabulous deck and view to its fullest. Would definitely return.

The location is fantastic, you can easily walk anywhere in Picton and there are many scenic walking trails nearby. We loved that we could wander onto the Main Street for dinner/drinks/coffee in under 10 mins. The apartment itself had everything we could need for our stay and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The living space is huge and the kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed having this as a relaxing base to explore the region. There is even an outdoor area with fabulous view! Beds were comfy and the shower was great, definitely recommend!
